Job summary

RiteScreen is seeking a Production Associate in Rockwood, MI. The role focuses on assembling screen frames and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will operate hand tools and automated machinery, maintain flow, and monitor quality throughout production.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and a mindset for safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a 5S environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.
• 2+ years of related manufacturing experience (window/door industry a plus!).
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and ensure the quality of window and patio door screens using hand tools and machinery.
• Maintain workflow by moving materials efficiently between production stages.
• Perform periodic checks to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
