Job summary

Curbell is seeking a Warehouse Assistant I to perform all aspects of warehouse functions in a branch operation, with supervision as needed. You will handle order filling, material cutting, forklift operation, and SAP-based receiving and shipping.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely delivery of materials to internal and external customers. Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma and forklift experience; carpentry or cutting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• 1 year forklift experience.
• 1 year cutting or carpentry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders in a timely manner using warehouse equipment including forklift and cutting material to size.
• Receive and ship materials in SAP; prepare transfer orders, bills of lading, and related docs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in SAP and conduct regular counts.
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives; follow safety policies.
• Troubleshoot warehouse and production issues and perform minor repairs.
