Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior woodworking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wood saw and notching equipment to required dimensions.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain quality and dimensions per specifications.
• Safely operate sawmill machinery and adjust settings as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage; report hazards.
• Perform pre/post equipment inspections and troubleshoot as needed.
• Assist with forklift driving and material handling.
• Maintain clean work area and accurate production records.
