Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of manual, hands-on machining experience.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and climb ladders.
• Comfort with entering and retrieving information on computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a saw daily, cutting rods to specifications to create fastening solutions.
• Ensure parts are machined to customer specifications.
• Operate the machine independently while inspecting product quality, measuring and adjusting parts, sharpening tools, and retrieving/handling rods for cutting.
• Occasional lifting to retain rod while following safety standards.
