Qualifications

Experience in unit assembly and machine assembly preferred.
Responsibilities

Inspect and correct electrical functions of machines.
Inspect and correct mechanical alignments of machines.
Inspect all mechanical parts and subassemblies for proper operation.
Select and assure imbedded computer programs of machines function properly.
Set machine parameters and 'home position' for all axes.
Preform inspections using precision equipment.
Operate laser equipment to check position accuracy.
Perform test cutting and operate machine through test cycles.
Maintain clean and orderly work area.
