Responsibilities

• Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Inspect and correct electrical functions of machines.
• Inspect and correct mechanical alignments of machines.
• Inspect all mechanical parts and subassemblies for proper operation.
• Select and assure imbedded computer programs of machines function properly.
• Set machine parameters and 'home position' for all axes.
• Preform inspections using precision equipment.
• Operate laser equipment to check position accuracy.
• Perform test cutting and operate machine through test cycles.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
