Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing or quality control experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform push/pull functions.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Follow English written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding machines to fabricate rubber components.
• Ensure quality operation of the process and perform quality checks.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift change documentation.
• Keep work area clean and maintain Lean 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
