Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up roll forming machines per production schedules and work orders.
• Adjust tooling, guides, and rollers to achieve correct dimensions.
• Monitor production runs and inspect parts for specs compliance.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality checks.
• Change tooling and assist with machine changeovers as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
