Qualifications

• Experience operating a roll form machine is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and measurements.
• Safe operation and maintenance practices for production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust roll form machine for different production runs.
• Monitor machine and material feed for smooth production flow.
• Inspect finished product and adjust settings for quality.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment.
• Carry out daily preventive maintenance on machines.
• Load finished product onto racks and assist other departments as needed.
• Operate forklift on occasion.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols.
