Renaissance Electronics & Communications, LLC is seeking a Production Assembler to join the Production Team onsite in Harvard, MA. You will produce high-quality assemblies, follow documented procedures, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.

The role emphasizes precision soldering, visual inspection, and teamwork to minimize defects. Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of assembly experience and soldering skills.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (GED).
• A minimum of 6 months assembly, with soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to follow assembly procedures and adhere to AS9100 quality standards.
• Commitment to teamwork and delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various products following procedures with less than 1% rework/returns.
• Maintain high quality soldering standards.
• Meet established labor standards during assembly.
• Visually inspect parts during assembly.
• Notify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issues.
• Train new hires as needed.
• Verify parts are correct in the build and assist time studies for new builds.
• Suggest improvements to assembly procedures and review daily tasks.
