Qualifications

• Must read, understand, write and speak English well enough for clear communication.
• Safety conscious and able to follow SOPs.
• Able to work with machinery and operate rewind equipment.
• Able to work with others and also independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate rewind equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure parts meet specs and orders; maintain paperwork accuracy.
• Gather materials and prepare jobs according to ship date.
• Set correct tensions and repeat; use appropriate accessories.
• Keep finished product organized for next operation; follow ISO SOPs.
• Interface with department processes and meet/beat estimated times.
• Adapt to changing priorities.
