Job summary

Wells is seeking a hands-on production team member in Kissimmee to prepare, finish, and inspect components for panel production. You will ensure proper resin-coated surfaces, sand as needed, and maintain resin inventory to support daily operations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with adherence to all safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Paint, drywall, or auto body experience helpful/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resin and sand rails, bulkheads, and pads prior to storage or production use
• Inspect parts and pads to ensure proper surface preparation and quality standards
• Maintain resin inventory to support uninterrupted daily production
• Perform Bondo and sanding work on parts and pads as needed
• Assist with resin dotting on pads for quality control purposes
• Support build-up and repair activities as required
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and production policies
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team
