Ryzen Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Reliability Technician to join our fast-paced test laboratory in Cupertino, CA. You will set up specialized test equipment and fixtures, execute rigorous data collection, and contribute to core analysis and reporting with precision.

The ideal candidate has a background in physics, electronics, or engineering, hands-on lab experience, and proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, or 2+ years in a test lab or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of physics, electronics, and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and environmental reliability tests following SOPs and test plans.
• Set up, operate, and fixture complex mechanical and electronic testing equipment.
• Capture, organize, and present technical data in clear, structured updates.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and independently complete experiments.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient laboratory environment.
