Job summary

Ideal candidates have a High Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, with proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings and detailed instructions.
• Proficiency with standard inspection, measurement and test equipment.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn, initiative and teamwork.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Compare quantity and part numbers against procurement data to verify orders.
• Inspect materials for defects and dimensional accuracy per drawings and data sheets.
• Record inspection results and disposition in manual or computerized systems.
• Inform management of non-conforming materials or products.
• Possibly inspect outgoing and production line parts; perform audits against control plans.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
