HRM Concrete in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and minimize downtime. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of plant maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of ready mix plant operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ready mix plant equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and batching systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to ensure optimal plant operation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with plant management and other team members to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
