Job summary

Vascor-Ltd is seeking a dependable Vehicle Inspector to inspect vehicles on rail cars and on the ground at rail facilities. You will identify and classify vehicle damage and record results with a handheld scanner, ensuring accurate records.

The role requires safety awareness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. The position is four days per week (Friday–Monday), offering on-site work with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience of vehicle inspection is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of vehicles on rail cars and ground.
• Identify, evaluate and classify vehicle damage.
• Record inspection results using a handheld scanner.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate with customers daily.
• Follow safety and operational procedures and participate in process improvements.
