Job summary

Manay CPA seeks a Quality Technician for our Redmond facility to assure precision manufacturing meets the highest standards. You will inspect components, interpret drawings and GD&T, and document results while supporting continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality teams, with a path to develop CMM programming skills and grow within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Quality role within manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and GD&T.
• Hands-on with precision inspection tools and documentation.
• Good communication across production, engineering and quality teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with quality systems and basic root cause analysis preferred.
• Interest in learning CMM operation and programming.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision tools.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to verify conformance.
• Document inspection results and quality records accurately.
• Assist with FAI, in-process and final inspections as required.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve issues.
• Communicate inspection results with customers as needed.
• Support nonconformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and use of inspection equipment.
• Develop CMM programming skills over time.
