Delta Fabrication in Glencoe, MN is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality throughout the manufacturing process, from receiving materials to final inspection. This full-time role focuses on ensuring products meet customer specs and industry standards.

You'll perform inspections, document results, and work with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of fabricated products and materials.
• Verifying compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Utilizing precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate quality records.
• Identifying non-conforming materials and products and assisting with corrective actions.
• Supporting root cause investigations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with internal audits and maintaining quality system compliance.
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve quality concerns.
