Job summary

Multiquip is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to inspect and test products throughout production. You will verify dimensions per drawings, document results, and help address quality issues before products move forward.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with inspection tools. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Basic math and geometry skills used for manufacturing and inspection problems.
• Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to use inspection tools and equipment; GD&T knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools to verify dimensions.
• Document inspection results, including First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
• Identify and document defects; initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.
• Maintain QA records using QA SysAid and SAP.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications; follow procedures.
• Support quality and manufacturing needs as assigned.
