Qualifications

• Experience with standard measuring equipment and CMMs is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform final and in-process inspections and audits.
• Identify root cause of nonconformance and implement corrective actions.
• Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial indicators and similar devices.
• Conduct 3D metrology with coordinate measuring machines and imaging tools.
• Inspect products visually for release suitability and perform first article inspections.
• Audit processes and inspect incoming raw materials; develop visual work instructions.
• Work rotating shifts as needed and communicate effectively with team.
