Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Quality Inspector Tech in California to perform complex inspections with minimal guidance. You will determine acceptance, document findings, and support nonconformance processes while ensuring safety and quality across parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities include working with suppliers, interpreting drawings, and maintaining inspection records. This role requires strong math skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Five years related hands-on inspection experience.
• Preferred experience with CMM operations.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or supplier quality.
• Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of machine shop mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate acceptance/rejection records and certifications as required by specifications.
• Determine acceptance or rejection after inspection/calibration; document outcomes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results per procedures.
• Perform complete inspections per applicable standards and contracts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Support containment activities for suspect or nonconforming material.
• Coordinate with production to ensure quality during product flow.
• Own assigned inspections and follow-up actions.
