Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year QA experience, basic math/computer skills, and a strong attention to detail while adhering to QMS and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing Quality Assurance experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and drawings.
• Basic math and computer skills; Excel proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-minded.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specification criteria.
• Complete inspection documentation and testing procedures.
• Read and understand work instructions and procedures.
• Perform daily profilometer checks and verify calibration dates.
• Communicate findings at shift changes and maintain clean stations.
• Support lean manufacturing concepts and 5S in the inspection area.
• Report unsafe conditions to management and follow safety policies.
