Job summary

Helion is hiring a Quality Inspector (Receiving & MRB) in Everett, WA. You will ensure incoming supplier materials and internally manufactured hardware meet engineering and quality standards before production, performing receiving, first-piece, in-process, and final inspections and documenting results.

Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sourcing to protect product quality while enabling efficient material flow. This onsite role reports to the Inspection Supervisor in Everett.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or technical production.
• Experience inspecting precision machined or electromechanical components.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience identifying and controlling nonconforming material with traceability.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming supplier materials and machined hardware against drawings and specs.
• Perform dimensional inspections and maintain traceability with certific ations.
• Detect and document nonconforming material and prepare MRB documentation.
• Support MRB process with data and histories, incl. dispositions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Receiving, and Sourcing to improve processes.
