Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure materials and finished products meet stringent quality standards. You will perform visual and measurement tests, document results, and communicate findings to production staff to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math and data-entry skills, and experience with measurement tools such as meters, gauges, and calipers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of quality inspector experience or related role preferred.
• Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Experience using measurement tools such as meters, gauges, calipers, and inspection instruments.
• Basic computer use for data entry and recording results.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and measurement tests and reject or return materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Inspect in-process production by verifying specifications, performing tests, and communicating adjustments to operators.
• Approve products by verifying specifications, using quality tools, and returning nonconforming items for rework.
• Document inspection results and maintain logs and databases.
