Job summary

Employnet, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.

You will inspect incoming materials, components, and finished goods, read drawings, document results, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with basic measurement tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, components, assemblies, and finished products for quality and compliance.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to procedures.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, BOMs, specifications and work instructions.
• Document inspection results, defects, and test findings accurately.
• Identify nonconforming materials and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support First Article Inspections and quality audits.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
