Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or related role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with GD&T and metrology equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards; auditing experience a plus.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, quality systems).
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset.
• Good time management and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts using manual measuring tools and CMMs to verify conformance across a wide range of materials and parts.
• Support operators and participate in buyoff activities.
• Gather customer required documentation and apply customer and Voss inspection/testing requirements.
• Train and support operators on inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of measurement and test equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings, applying GD&T in daily inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE.
