Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology in Houston, TX, is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and precision inspections of manufactured parts for dimensional conformance and GD&T. You will use CMM, portable arm, and portable scanner, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure drawings are met.

Responsibilities include inspecting in-process and finished parts, documenting nonconformances in the SAP NCR module, and supporting the Inspection and Test Plan.

Qualifications

• Basic inspection experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment and SAP NCR process.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and mechanical inspection of parts to specs.
• Document nonconformances and process NCRs per procedures.
• Verify materials and follow ITP; work with SAP NCR module.
