Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential. The candidate will read blueprints, measure dimensions, and perform visual and measurement inspections, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• One to two year' quality inspection experience (Preferred but not required).
• English communication skills—written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone.
• Read & understand tape measures, calipers, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and general shop testing equipment.
• On the job training and certification will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials from vendors when required.
• Approve finished products by verifying it conforms to specifications and conducting tests.
• Reject products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read blueprints, plans and specifications to understand product requirements.
• Measure product dimensions and compare final product to specifications.
• Document inspection outcomes with reports and performance records.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards.
