Job summary

Bimstore is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify blueprints against purchased and manufactured parts using CMM tools and laser measurement systems. You will inspect, document results, and ensure parts meet print specifications before advancing in the production process.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read blueprints. Prior manufacturing quality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints.
• Use basic math in measurements and calculations.
• Must be able to uses measuring tools.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints; verify measurements using FARO or Keyence Laser.
• If FARO Arm or Keyence Laser are unavailable, use manual measurement tools.
• Operate FARO arm or Keyence Laser; stamp, document and save data if specs are met.
• Move accepted parts to the next step of the process.
• Fill out a Nonconformance tag if defects are found and return the part to the correct department or supervisor.
• Report issues to the supervisor or appropriate personnel as needed.
• Regular attendance is required per company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
• Follow all EMS policies and requirements.
