ProFrac Services seeks a Quality Control Inspector in Fort Worth, TX to ensure parts meet drawing specifications and work instructions. You will read blueprints, verify tolerance, and use precision tools including micrometers, dial/calipers, and CMM.

The role emphasizes ethical inspection practices, timely communication of discrepancies, and collaboration with production teams in a high-activity environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in QC/QA preferred.
• Experience in CMM preferred.
• ASME GDTP (Y14.5) a plus.
• Able to read blueprints and tolerances.
• Proficient with micrometers and vernier calipers.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect production items to ensure they meet drawing or work instruction requirements.
• Verify equipment used for inspection is within calibration cycles.
• Read blueprints and determine tolerances.
• Use micrometers, calipers and CMM as part of inspection process.
• Inspect parts to drawing dimensions in a timely manner; communicate delays to supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as required.
