Job summary

Royal Engineered Composites, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Quality Inspector to ensure parts meet specifications. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm in Kentucky, with full-time employment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, inspecting parts during production and at final, and documenting results. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Read manufacturing blueprints and contracts to ensure that all parts specifications are abided by.
• Accurately use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and scale rulers.
• Inspect parts while in-process and at the final level.
• Perform necessary MRP and DBR transactions.
• Perform first article inspections.
• Perform additional tests, as needed, including pressure, leakage, and tensile.
• Facilitate source inspections.
• Verify part marking for proper identification as required by customer.
• Research quality requirements for upcoming jobs.
