Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector in the Houston area (Area 77041) to verify and monitor the entire production process and ensure materials are manufactured and identified correctly within required timeframes.

The role emphasizes maintaining labeling accuracy, documenting production status in the system, and supporting improvements to OEE and other performance metrics. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing environments.
• Ability to verify materials are produced and identified correctly.
• Strong attention to labeling accuracy and production records.
• Willingness to communicate in English and Spanish when needed.
• Knowledge of production indicators and efficiency goals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check manufactured materials and identify incidents with timely resolution.
• Supervise labeling to ensure traceability across production stages.
• Check MMPP status and register in the system.
• Execute production orders and manage related tasks.
• Oversee dispatch of finished or semi-finished goods and proper registration.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards to protect the end customer.
• Collaborate to improve production metrics like OEE.
• Maintain inventory balances of MMPP and finished products.
• Additional duties as needed.
• English and Spanish bilingual communication preferred.
