Job summary

You will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to identify risks and drive continuous improvements that enhance product quality and operational effectiveness. You will lead investigations into non-conformances, develop inspection plans and PFMEAs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in precision manufacturing.
• Strong GD&T, metrology, and CMM programming expertise.
• Experience with 8D, FMEA, control plans and ISO 9001.
• Experience auditing suppliers and maintaining quality records.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints with corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection plans, PFMEAs, and work instructions.
• Conduct audits of in-process and final inspections for ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve processes and tooling.
