Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in a precision manufacturing environment.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing quality in precision machining or similar high-precision environment.
• Solid understanding of CNC processes or reconditioning services is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience applying root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar); strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce defects, scrap, and costs.
• Maintain and support ISO 9001 QMS documentation and audit readiness.
• Inspect, test, and verify product conformity on the production floor.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools.
• Support NPI and production transfers with inspection plans and process validation.
