Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure product integrity through precise inspection, testing, and data recording. You will work with QC leadership to implement measurement methods and improve processes on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities include CMM programming, first article inspections, and training teammates on inspection techniques. Strong analytical skills and experience with Mitutoyo CMMs, MCOSMOS, and Excel are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; or 3–5 years related experience.
• 3–5 years of CMM programming experience.
• Experience with Mitutoyo CMMs and MCOSMOS preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
• Proficient in Excel and data recording for QC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tools, gauges, fixtures, and components for workmanship and function.
• Program and operate the CMM to inspect first articles and production parts.
• Record test data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Provide training on inspection techniques and equipment use to team members.
• Maintain and troubleshoot metrology equipment and calibrate as needed.
