Job summary

ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio Inc. in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure precision in braking system components. You will perform inspection, CMM programming, and data recording while supporting engineering with documentation and problem solving.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of experience with CMMs (Mitutoyo MCOSMOS preferred). Proficiency in Excel, reading blueprints, and SPC awareness is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CMM programming experience.
• Experience with Mitutoyo CMMs and MCOSMOS preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures.
• Program and operate CMMs to inspect first articles and production parts.
• Record test data and prepare reports for management review.
• Train team members on inspection techniques and equipment.
