Job summary

Topcon Healthcare in Oakland, NJ is seeking a Contract Quality Control Material Handler to inspect and move materials, verify inventory, and assist in day-to-day QA tasks. The role requires basic measurement skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Base pay is $26.00–$29.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a full-time schedule. Prior manufacturing experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) or higher in related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and handling of incoming materials and in process/finished product inspection, as part of Quality Assurance team.
• Handle and perform inspections on materials and products, processes, or components for conformance to specifications. This includes first article, incoming materials, in-process and final inspection.
• Record results on inspection forms and provide report to Quality Control Manager
• Process Customer return (RMA) documentation and material depositions.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Perform and support other related tasks as required.
