Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in quality control, manufacturing, machining, or precision inspection preferred; equivalent education/experience will be considered.
• Associate degree or technical/vocational training in quality, manufacturing, machining, or metrology is a plus.
• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification is a plus.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical blueprints; familiarity with GD&T is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections against drawings and specifications.
• Use precision inspection equipment to verify part conformance.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to determine acceptance.
• Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming material and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe inspection area.
