Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a detail-oriented quality inspector to join our manufacturing quality team. In this role you will inspect instruments per predefined inspection plans, use hand gages and basic lab equipment, and verify reagents meet specifications.

You will maintain inspection records in line with Good Documentation Practices, identify nonconforming material, and assist in data collection for product trending and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in quality control or regulated environments.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and instrument documents.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect instruments per predefined inspection plans.
• Use hand gages for part inspections.
• Inspect reagents to ensure quality specifications.
• Maintain inspection and test records per GDP and quality system requirements.
• Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming material.
• Electronically transfer material status.
• Assist in data collection for quality trends and continuous improvement.
