Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience performing in-process and final inspection preferably in a defense, automotive or aerospace business, preferred.
• Ability to correctly use and interpret basic measuring tools including weight gage, micrometer, caliper scale (linear), gage blocks, thread gages, torque drivers, and comparative standards.
• Visual inspection experience Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Independent; can work with limited supervision and direction.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished good parts for compliance to specification.
• Review Bill of Materials for completeness and accuracy including accessories and spare parts sales orders.
• Review completeness of packing lists Ensure packaging is adequate Review.
• Sign-off ATP reports Collect and provide data required for FIRs.
• Complete DMR forms for rejected parts.
• Fill out and file required reports, logs, databases, forms, and documents.
• Verify product identification and traceability.
• Generate Certificate of Compliance.
