Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense is seeking a Quality Inspector in Freeport, PA. You will join the Quality Department to perform visual inspection of finished parts and verify conformance to specifications using calibrated measuring equipment.

You will review assembly drawings, bills of materials, and packaging, sign off ATP and FIR, and generate CoC. Training will start on 1st shift for 6–12 months, then move to 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience performing in-process or final inspection.
• Ability to correctly use and interpret basic measurement tools.
• Visual inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished good parts for compliance to specification.
• Interpret basic assembly drawings and perform shop math.
• Review Bills of Materials for completeness and accuracy.
• Review completeness of packing lists and ensure packaging adequacy.
• Sign-off ATP reports and generate FIRs.
• Fill out and file required reports and documents.
