Job summary

Sinclair Manufacturing in Norton, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Test Technician to ensure products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, documentation, and adherence to our QMS. This role requires precision with inspection equipment and the ability to work methodically in a manufacturing setting.

You will perform pre- and post-plating inspections, use ABAS ERP and QT9 QMS, document NCRs and CARs, operate vision inspection and microscopes, and support

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of quality inspection methods, drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (ABAS preferred) and quality databases (QT-9 preferred).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality plans.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate nonconformances and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-plating, post-plating, final inspections, and hermeticity testing in accordance with quality plans and customer requirements.
• Utilize QT9 QMS and ABAS ERP for documentation and process adherence.
• Initiate and process NCRs and CARs as required.
• Complete QA documentation accurately and timely.
• Operate vision inspection equipment and microscopes; perform calibrations as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and internal audits.
