Airline-Hydraulics-Corporation- Quality Assurance Inspector will perform inspection of incoming and final products prior to shipping. Duties include using drawings, specs, and work orders, with guidance from the manager of Manufacturing Operations-Bensalem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3-5 years of inspection, machining, assembly, or field service experience.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work from drawings, specifications, work orders, and verbal instructions from the supervisor.
• Review paperwork and select appropriate measuring equipment and plan procedures to be used.
• Perform first-piece inspection and determine critical dimensions; discuss non-conforming parts with supervisor and assist with corrective action.
• Provide in-process inspection daily and note trends; assist production technicians to rectify deviations.
• Perform final inspection of completed parts and document results.
• Inspect incoming material and verify specifications; inspect parts made by vendors.
• Calibrate measuring devices and maintain records; assist with calibration documentation.
• Assist with various quality projects.
