Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, via its Orascoptic brand, is seeking a QA Final Inspector in Madison, WI. The role focuses on inspecting loupes and devices, validating measurements, and ensuring compliance with quality and customer specs.

You will document outcomes, generate reports, and support QA leadership with state-of-finished-product quality data. The position requires basic math, proficiency with Excel and electronic systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in quality assurance in medical device or related field.
• Experience with electronic systems and quality documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on in-process and finished devices and document SOP inspections.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Complete visual and measurement tests per specifications and determine acceptance or need for rework.
• Document outcomes with date and signature and store in Master Control.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain inspection records.
