Job summary

Anchor Harvey is seeking a Quality Engineer with hands-on metal manufacturing and PPAP experience to ensure manifolds, spindles, jacks, hubs, and other precision components meet stringent quality standards.

You will perform inspections, review engineering drawings, and prepare PPAP documentation while collaborating with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (B.S./M.S. in a relevant field).
• 4+ years in a metal manufacturing quality role.
• Strong PPAP documentation and submission experience.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision tools.
• Prepare and submit PPAP packages (Levels 1–5).
• Review drawings and specs for compliance.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of metal parts.
• Maintain quality documentation (control plans, FMEAs, process flows).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve issues.
