Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience operating a punch operator.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingly follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, shifts, or weekends as needed to support production demands.

Responsibilities

  • Set‑up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment as needed to produce quality parts.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure quality standards.
  • Follow drawings or work orders as provided by a team leader.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and make minor adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
  • Work efficiently while keeping safety, quality, and production standards in mind.
  • Promote a team‑oriented atmosphere at all times.
  • Perform any other task asked by the leadership team.
