Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking a manufacturing helper to support our shop floor operations in Michigan. You will prep parts, stage units for assembly, and prep items for shipping while following standard work instructions.

This role requires attention to detail, basic reading skills, and the ability to perform duties as assigned in a manufacturing environment. Work is performed in a manufacturing plant shop environment, with PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading comprehension of safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepping parts (washing, wire wheeling, sanding, grinding).
• Staging units for assembly.
• Prepping units for shipping (tagging, plumbing, surface cleaning, torque sealing, test reports).
• Follow standard work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
