Job summary

One Senior Care in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support a Physical Therapist in delivering evidence-based treatment plans with precision and consistency.

The role is full-time, first shift, with defined duties across centers, participants' homes, and facilities. Active PTA licensure required; experience with elderly population preferred. Excellent benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Active PTA licensure in the state of practice.
• One year minimum experience with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Carry out prescribed therapeutic exercises, modalities, and interventions.
• Document accurate clinical information in the EMR.
• Assist with recommending durable medical equipment for safety and mobility.
• Provide clear, structured instruction to caregivers and staff.
• Support restorative and wellness programming with consistent, task-focused work.
• Deliver therapy across centers, participants’ homes, SNFs, and hospitals.
• Observe and report participant changes to the clinical team promptly.
