You’ll work with a supervisor and engineering teams to keep manufacturing running efficiently in a climate-controlled, well‑lit facility.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently within a team, and readiness to handle small parts using microscopes and precision tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Kistler is AS9100 certified and ITAR regulated; U.S. Person status required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to handle small components and work with a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Handle small precision components using hand tools, soldering equipment, tweezers, and microscopes.
• Perform precision assembly including soldering, mechanical fastening, and adhesive bonding.
• Operate manufacturing and testing equipment to support daily production.
• Conduct visual inspections, functional tests, and calibrations to verify quality.
