Job summary

Horizons Incorporated in Cincinnati is seeking a MPC production worker to print, image, fabricate, and finish custom product identification products to customer specs.

You will read drawings, set up and operate a range of production equipment, inspect parts, maintain materials, and keep a clean, safe work area while meeting safety, quality, and on-time delivery metrics.

Excellent attendance and reliability are required; prior sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus and training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
• Safety-conscious with good attendance and reliability.
• Able to read measurements with calipers and use production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer drawings or prints.
• Set up and operate production equipment and machines (presses, cutting, forming).
• Inspect and verify printed and finished parts.
• Maintain inventory of materials following policies.
• Keep work area clean and safe; assist with basic maintenance.
