Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with strong math skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Transport, stage, and handle raw materials to support uninterrupted production operations while minimizing waste and product loss.
• Weigh, measure, and add raw materials into production processes in accordance with established specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor material flow and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Complete production documentation, including material usage, lot tracking, scrap reporting, and packaging records.
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
